Domus Ingegno was born from a simple observation: the real estate market is often driven by emotion, while the most critical decisions should be driven by data. Founded by David Cenciarini, an engineer with a professional background spanning both Italy and Switzerland—including high-level facility and project management experience for elite standards such as the Chenot Palace—our firm brings a rigorous, "cold-eyed" technical approach to the Italian property market.
